Approvals
Webx HR’s approval system reduces errors and ensures compliance and staff are adhering to company policies, through the use of a double-check process - the approval system.
Approval requests are generated when; a field is updated (such as a name or address field), when documents are uploaded (such as an updated passport), when an online form is completed, when changes are made to the scheduler system, when notifications of an automated check has failed (such as an MOT has expired), when staff request that an employee/subcontractor is moved either off-circuit or on-circuit and when a profile merge request is generated.
Approval screen
All of the information is collated into one helpful screen that allows compliance teams to monitor the activity within Webx HR, and approve/reject changes to a profile.
The approval system screen not only allows for a quick, double-check process to maintain compliance and adherence to company policies - but it also saves time. Approvers can quickly make decisions and approve or reject changes by having the relevant information in one place. Additionally, approvers can see all of the changes that have been made in one go, making it easier to spot potential errors.
