Multiple layers of auditing are present from both various reports and activity logs. Activities related to a particular profile can be found at the bottom of every profile page, including a top-level description of changes made, who they were changed by and when. This can include emails sent including their contents and any fields changed. Examples of such reports include: activity report, that displays a list of pages visited by a user; login report, that shows when users logged in and out of the system; logs report, that lists activities performed within the system.
